Artist's Comments

Reproduction of the amazing "Portrait of the Beast" by Lillidan86.
I wanted to do a pointilism piece but I couldn't find a good picture. Then I saw Lillidan86's painting and I was like, "Hell yeah!!"
Done last year at some point.
Ultra fine point sharpie.
(Sorry for the shadowing on the right side. My camera must not have been centered over the picture properly)

Here's the original: [link]

Full credit goes to her. I am merely paying tribute to her awesomeness.

You must have a lot of patience. It certainly paid off.

You're more mysterious to me

I think this took me a month, on and off. It was a very long, very hot, very boring summer.
Thank you.

You're welcome haha, wow, I don't think I'd have the patience. I have so many unfinished projects it not even funny.

Amen to that. They're starting to take over my room...and my mother's sewing room.
Sigh...art is a cursed gift. So many ideas, so little time. And a little perseverance wouldn't hurt either, lol!
:iconclue-fiddle:
Yes, my house is already cluttered as it is, I just have my little art corner amongst all the crap and it's starting to overflow. I have projects that people are having me do that have been postponed for months, in one case years. But at least you persevered on this project and posted it for the world to see! :D

The play's the thing,
Wherein I'll catch the conscience of the king.

I still love this so much.

For a moment of clarity you're fighting,
Trying to win what you've already won.
